• When contacting the artist for a graphic or logo design please have a solid detailed design concept already prepared. Once the idea of the graphic or logo design concept has been understood by the artist, the client HAS TO BE PAYPAL READY to make their START UP DEPOSIT; no sketch or mock up will be started by the artist until the START UP FEE is made. The start up fee is 50% of the total cost, so once that deposit is made then the sketching process will begin. Once the artist completes the desired sketch for the client and the client is satisfied with the designed sketch then the design process on the computer will be begin. BEFORE the DESIGN PROCESS is started the client is required to pay the REMAINING BALANCE. The remaining balance is the second half of the START UP FEE that was deposited first. Once the remaining balance is paid then the artist will being the design process on the computer, once the artist has completed the design process and the client is satisfied with the final logo then the artist will close the project and email the client the FINAL PSD, PNG AND JPEG FILES; once the files have been emailed to the client it is no longer the artists responsibility. IF AND ONLY IF the client returns to the artist for a change of the logo the client IS REQUIRED to pay a $35 ALTERATION FEE via PayPal for any changes that has to be made to the logo, once the alteration fee is paid the artist will rework the project and email the client the new files once rendered.
